Opening Times and Fees

• We provide a breakfast club for children aged from 2-9 years every weekday morning from 8.00am to 8.45am (term time)
• Breakfast club includes a healthy breakfast, activities and a morning wake up!
• We escort children into Pamphill First School
• Nursery session- we open the doors at 8.45am allowing parents/guardians to leave by 9am
• The session ends at 11.45am



Session	Fee
Breakfast club	£3.00 per session for all children (regardless of drop off time or if having breakfast)
Nursery session (non-funded children)	£10.00 per session
Nursery session (funded children)	Nil fees charged unless attendance is more than the permitted 15 hours of free nursery education grant, and then a fee of £10 per session is applicable
	Pamphill Pre-School offers funded hours  from 8.45-11.45am from Monday to Friday mornings, term time only. Pamphill Pre-School is open for 15 hours per week

Fees are issued at the beginning of every half term. Prompt payment is required. We offer a flexible payment system in which parents can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Non-payment of fees by the specified date will incur administrative fees. We are registered with Care4, Kiddi, Busy bees and Acor, should parents/guardians wish to use vouchers.

One calendar month is required for termination of a place, and one calendar month is required for any amendments to funded hours. Funded hours are a maximum of 15 hours per week, and may be taken across a maximum of 2 settings.
